Both of Mr. Bookman and Ms. Olson work at Carfra Lawton LLP. \nTopics:\nMr. Bookman and Ms. Olson will be speaking on the following topics in municipal law: \n1. The 6-months’ limitation period under the Local Government Act\, RSBC 2015\, c 1 (“LGA”) and situations when it would apply to tort claims;\n2. The 2-months’ notice provision under the LGA;\n3. The policy-operational defense\, and reviewing the Lowe v.
