This panel will explore these issues both in theory and in practice. Panelists will examine how lawyers’ obligations under the Code of Professional Conduct and Law Society Rules intersect with the use of emerging AI tools\, with attention to confidentiality\, privilege\, and the limits of anonymization in protecting solicitor-client information.
