This Inns of Court session\, led by Jesse Mullin and Shane Gallop of Mullin Demeo Wirk Law Corporation\, will offer practical insights and real-world guidance for lawyers navigating these complex and often overlapping areas of practice. \nDrawing on their extensive experience in conveyancing and real property transactions\, Jesse and Shane will walk participants through best practices for drafting agreements and orders affecting real property\, highlighting key considerations when dealing with transfers arising from family law settlements\, separation agreements\, and estate distributions.
