Join us on February 28, 2026 for a day of exercise, costumes, and competition at the annual VBA Bonspiel!

Brooms and rocks will be provided so just bring your team outfits or costumes. Prizes for best costumes!

Please register as soon as possible, as there is only capacity for up to 8 teams.

What: Bonspiel (a Curling Tournament) with Costumes!

Where: Archie Browning Sports Centre (1151 Esquimalt Rd)

Who: VBA Members, Lawyers, Staff, and Law Students.

When: Saturday, February 28, 2026

12:00pm to 12:30pm  – Warm-up

12:30pm to 4:00pm – Bonspiel

4:00pm to 5:30pm –  Post-Bonspiel Social at the Lounge upstairs (overlooks the curling rink) for Prizes and Refreshments

How Much: $240 per Team of Four; $60 per Individual 

*Ticket does not include food or beverage at the Lounge. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable*

To register, simply purchase a ticket via Paypal on the Victoria Bar Association Events page and fill out the requisite registration information.

Deadline to register is Friday, February 13, 2026 at 5:00pm. Only 8 team tickets available.

We will match up any individuals who do not have a team of four. Tournament schedule and rules will be sent to each team closer to the event.
