Date: Wednesday, April 23, 2025 – 5:00pm to 7:30pm
Location: Maple Room – Sticky Wicket Pub (food provided)
Topic: The SCC confirmed the test for proprietary estoppel in the Victoria-based case of Cowper-Smith in 2017, but how has this decision been applied in practice areas across Canada since then, and what should solicitors and litigators we aware of regarding its application?
