ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR EVERY LAWYER (VICTORIA)
Presented by the CBABC, Paul Pearson (LSBC Victoria County Bencher, Crown Counsel-Victoria) and Sarah L. Klinger (CBABC Victoria County Representative), present a 2-hour ethics seminar on October 4th (12:00pm-2:30pm) at the Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites. Join your colleagues for lunch and an interactive, group led discussion about real-life ethical dilemmas through the study of scenarios, case studies and the Code of Conduct.
This in-person session will tackle emerging ethical practice issues where you will gain insights about how you can fulfill your ethical obligations to clients, the courts, the profession, and the public.
Date: Tuesday, October 4, 2022 | 12:00pm-2:30pm (pacific time) – Lunch served at 12:00pm, with the session starting at 12:30pm. At the time of registration, please advise of any dietary restrictions/allergies you have.
