Grilled Island Farmhouse chicken breast, parmesan polenta, charred broccolini, tomato coulis

Cedar planked wild BC salmon, warm new potato salad, asparagus, lemon butter sauce 

Za’atar roast cauliflower, pepita vierge, cashew chili cream, pickled jalapeno (vegan)

Dessert

Chocolate genoise, fleur de cao ganache, cherry gel
